i bought a bluetooth 3.2.2.8 fortunately i 'm able to intall it, not until i made an upgrade of my computer now it limits me to use up to 5MB data only. somewhere its asking me to resolve the issue by submitting its license #, but where in the package i can see it. please help.

even i have their produckt that i paid for it i can not update it easy

they want me and other custommers to play on their web page to be aloved to download update for the product we have allready pay for it

never buy again their product

I bought v.6 but can't install this new version. The program begins to go through the installation process, and then it says I've chosen to REMOVE v.8.0.338.0! That's the only choice I'm given: I can either "remove" a version I haven't even installed yet, or just cancel the install...which is what I did.

Guess I'll stick with v.6. It works.

Thanks BlueSoleil_Support. Appreciate your response. I will do as you say: uninstall v.6 and then install v.8.

I'd like to say only that BlueSoleil should make it clear that there must be a MANUAL uninstall of a previous version before a newer version can be installed.

However, thanks again, and I appreciate your getting back to me. Program (v.6) has been working excellently.
