There is a critical error in BlueSoleil8.
I just tried to install new version 8.0.338.0 but error screen comes out." svrpack.dll is not found"'
What is the problem in ZIP file? Does it really work?

I have the same problem...infact this problem is with the Disk i got with the Enter USB Dongle

Hi, when i try to install v8 i only get the option to remove it. It is not even instaqlled at this point!
I have v6 installed already, would the installer be trying to uninstall v6?

when you install the version 8,it will automatically uninstall the version 6.
After that you can install the version 8.

I'm really confused, I downloaded all the software and installed it, restarted my computer and did everything the instructions said however it says I need a serial number which didn't come with the software. please help me

do you have a serial number for BlueSoleil 6? if so, you could use it to activate v8. if not, you have to buy one just click "Buy".

nope, v6 license is OK.
v6 users can free upgrade to v8.

This is a crap product don't touch it, the software is poor and the support is even worse, because they are all pissed all the time, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, they will be out of business soon also

How ето to repair?

as i understand,what your mean is, BlueSoleil icon can not automatically turn on after hibernation, right?
if so, would you please share the notebook model? I checked it, found it can turn on with my HP 6535s.

BlueSoleil will disconnect all the connestions while s3/s4, so it's right our icon is grey while your computer is in hibernation. I think it will turn to blue again after wake up, right?

I tried several times to downlaod IVT_BlueSoleil_8.0.338.0.zip file, but the file will not open. I see a message telling me that the file is either invalid or corrupt. I am disappinted that I cannot use the upgrade. Please help me to upgrade.

I've used Bluesoleil for about three years now on my Fujitsu laptop with no problems here in the US (Texas to be exact). I started with version 6, then moved on to version 7, now I'm ready for version 8. Originally I had Windows XP installed, then I upgraded to Vista a couple of years ago. There was a problem during the transition, but I emailed the bluesoleil guys and they helped me out. Since then, it has been working flawlessly. I mainly use the software to connect to my handsfree headset and to transfer files (pictures and videos) from my cellphone to my computer and vice-versa.
I feel bad that you guys have had problems using the software but, honestly, I can't complain. It has been pretty maintenance free for me for many years. I don't even think about it anymore....it just works. Plain and simple.

I bought this IVT based USB Bluetooth stick and it came with lousy BlueSoleil software that does not work at all, so looking for an update I came to IVT site that redirected me here claiming free download of a newer version. After I have installed BlueSoleil it claims my SN has expired and it would not activate. So are you people really that stupid to think that anyone would pay 28$ for a 5$ USB stick driver? Or maybe you think we customers are that stupid? Zero stars for you really!

i buy ur product this afternoon, and the s/w ver. is ivt5.2.219.0.
i install it and prompt a dialog to ask an upgrade; after that, it asks a serial no. for official version.
i don't know what's going on, can u answer me?

i'm sorry to say v5 version cannot free upgrade to v8, so please just use v5 at this stage. thank you.
and one more update, we have a schedule to release an official Bluesoleil 7 version for our all customers.
you can have a high speed experience with BlueSoleil 7 version later.
