Hi!

I cannot download the file : when i'm trying to download it, i get the following message:

'Sorry, the page you requested is not responding correctly! The system will automatically return to the homepage in x seconds.'

what can I do?

Seems to be a problem with Opera 10.61: Tried again with FF and had no problems

Our test team recheck your issue a second time, but failed to be recurrent, so if possbile, please first ensure you have done as follows:

->click the Download button->

Your 8 accumulate point is enough for your to download the second time, so please just try again.
