 Hello IVT.

I bought, installed and activated the software version 8.0.395.0, but after 10 minutes of use it disconnects.
Why this happens?
I'm using windows 8 64 bits.
Is there any solution?

First, my release 6 software pops up and offers a "free" upgrade to release 8, however, after release 8 is installed it displays "evaluation copy."  How can I obtain the serial number of the dongle when there's nothing printed on the dongle?   PLEASE, do not tell me "it's free to download," I don't want to hear that.  I purchased the dongle that says Bluetooth v2.0 compatible and I expect to use the v2.0 functionality.

 

Second, I move the dongle between two different computers, if the serial number is associated with the PC (as opposed to the dongle itself), how can I use the same hardware on 2 different machines?

Hi, you know, BlueSoleil is a pay for software, you can download BlueSoleil 8 freely, but you need to purchase a serial number from our website to activate it. Otherwise, the amount of sent data is limited.

We also promised all of our BlueSoleil 6 users have FREE access to the BlueSoleil 8 and BlueSoleil 5 users have FREE access to the BlueSoleil 7. Our upgrade policy is as follows:

1. If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, now you can have free access to the corresponding version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;

2. If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil software CD from other place, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating new version first, if yes, new version will be activated after inserting your dongle into your PC.
 
In additiion, 1. Serial number is associated with PC and as opposed to dongles;
 
2. End users who purchased Serial Number of BlueSoleil 8 will automatically become BlueSoleil Club member, are eligible for free upgrade of BlueSoleil 8.x series PERMANENTLY. Regards!

Friend, I can not use my Order ID in the site bluesoleil, I would catch another serial or renew that I have with you. When I activate my Bluesoleil with that I have here, my Bluesoleil simply connecting to your bluetooth

1.You didn't insert a Bluetooth Adapter; please make sure you are using a dongle or CF card.

2.Your dongle was not inserted properly, please un-plug it and then re-plug it to have a try.

3.BlueSoleil was not installed properly. Please make sure that you didn't install the driver from Microsoft and reinstall BlueSoleil.

4.Your OS doesn’t recognize your Bluetooth Adapter, neither does BlueSoleil. You can change another adapter and retry to make your PC recognize it first.

I have Install  Bluesoleil 8 and it ask for a serialnumber.

I can only use it for 30 days.

I bought my dongle about 2 weeks ago.

The driver asked me to upgrade FOR FREE, so I downloaded as asked. I had to run it twice, first to uninstall the previous version, then to install the latest. It now tells me that I need to pay for it!

Please note:

- I bought an harware, not a software, as far as I know it should work and upgrade automaticaly. My computer is not a toy, I need it to work and I don't have time to pay with the configuration tools

- I should'nt have to comment in english in this post, don't sell your products abroad if you're not able to support in jour customer's native language

- Don't ask neither for a free download when it's not, or if the software is not able to recognize a regular hardware

- What do I do now to make it work properly? Mac Adress 00:15:83:0C:1F:FA

Hello , I used this program before but i buy it from a shop as a cd , My windows in that time was XP , now i install a new system (windows 8 ) and i install bluesoleil V 6.4.249.0 i am trying to remove it , dosn't remove By the way i wan't to remove it beacuse that damn verison dosn't work i clicked on "Turn on bluetooth" Then Starting bluetooth then can not start bluetooth please try again , by the way the bluetooth device plugin

The Seller of my SMA Wechselrichter told me that I need a USB Bluetooth Dongle Class 1.

The Software for Connect with the SMA Wechselrichter (Engine for a Elektrik Photovoltaik) should be Blue Soleil.

So i bought it.

Now I see there is no connektion to the SMA Machine. After that I looked for a Software update.

Before I registered my Personalitis I read here, it is for free.

After registration I read that I have to pay 19,99 €.

Very bad. I will trough it in Watercloset

 Not able to use BlueTooth File Transfer Service

Dear Sir

Please if some one could help with this issue, i am Samsung Galaxy S2  with IVT Bluesoleil USB blue tooth dongle, when i discover the services on my windows 7 PC i get 3 services active, 
1) Bluetooth dial up network service
2) Bluetooth serial port service
3) Bluetooth object pull-push service

i want to know how can i get the bluetooth file transfer service activated so that i can transfer my files from PC to Phone via bluetooth.

It's a very bad new that bluesoleil doesn't work in Windows 8. I buyed the license 5 months ago and now I want to update to windows 8.

I hope they solve iot as soon as possible.
