I bought my dongle about 2 weeks ago.

The driver asked me to upgrade FOR FREE, so I downloaded as asked. I had to run it twice, first to uninstall the previous version, then to install the latest. It now tells me that I need to pay for it!

Please note:

- I bought an harware, not a software, as far as I know it should work and upgrade automaticaly. My computer is not a toy, I need it to work and I don't have time to pay with the configuration tools

- I should'nt have to comment in english in this post, don't sell your products abroad if you're not able to support in jour customer's native language

- Don't ask neither for a free download when it's not, or if the software is not able to recognize a regular hardware

- What do I do now to make it work properly? Mac Adress 00:15:83:0C:1F:FA

Hi, you know, BlueSoleil is a pay for software, you can download BlueSoleil 8 freely, but you need to purchase a serial number from our website to activate it. Otherwise, the amount of sent data is limited.

We also promised all of our BlueSoleil 6 users have FREE access to the BlueSoleil 8 and BlueSoleil 5 users have FREE access to the BlueSoleil 7. Our upgrade policy is as follows:

1. If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, now you can have free access to the corresponding version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;

2. If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil software CD from other place, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating new version first, if yes, new version will be activated after inserting your dongle into your PC.

End users who purchased Serial Number of BlueSoleil 8 will automatically become BlueSoleil Club member, are eligible for free upgrade of BlueSoleil 8.x series PERMANENTLY. Regards!
