When I run the "setup" application, it tells me I have chosen to remove the program. When I press "back" it just has a "next" which takes me right back to "remove", an inactive "Back" and a "cancel", which takes me out of install.

I already had IVT6.2.227.10 version activated .the software came in a CD with the donggle. But as i have tried to upgrade it to
BlueSoleil 8.0.395.0 d I am being asked to purchase the same ?? and the website says it is free for version 6 users

what if you purchased your product before windows 7,you would not ask about upgrades when you buy off the shelves you expect the company to keep you up to date!!!!!!!.i am a bit anoyed that i will have room full of your dongles

We are a software corporation, everybody can free download BlueSoleil software and sale with their dongles after carved into a CD. We never send a CD of BlueSoleil to our users, so you should contact your retailer. Please ask them if their dongles including the license for activating BlueSoleil first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil will be activated. Thanks

the problem is my hardware is not recognised, but when i go ti install the software disc it has your name on it.

I purchased bluesoleil 8.0.395.0 and got the serial no. Today, and bluetooth link report is successful. However I can't link my Nintendo Wiimote plus RVL-360. I read from instruction document, bluesoleil 8.0.395.0 works flawlessly on any Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 platform, but when I start my bluesoleil the icon "Search Devices" is unworkable..., Please help me..., My platform is Windows 7. I was using Bluesoleil version 6 and decided to take advantage of the free upgrade to 8. The setup program of version 8 uninstalled version 6 then installed 8. It went through without problems. Now version 8 won't run without a serial number. What part of "free upgrade" don't I understand?

Hello Support!
Your website screems FREE UPGRADE TO BLUESOLEIL 8 for BlueSoleil 6 owners. That seams to be totally misleading and false! Free download of a Trial version is NOT the same as free upgrade and anybody can download it not just BlueSoleil 6 owners.
Can you please clarify and rectify or explain this to your customers??

Previously, when i was using nokia mobile, it was working absolutely fine by using dial-up modem. It's not happen same with android mobile.
You website is showing Bluesoleil version 8 is free. But when i installed that file, its asking for 30 days and 2mb files can be transferred.

Dear Sonu, you know, BlueSoleil is a pay-for software, you can free download and use it with trial version. But you need to buy a serial number to activate it on our website if you want to use its full function.
Start BlueSoleil, search devices, if you find your mobile, right click it, search service, if you find Bluetooth dial-up service, connect it. It will be fine. Or you can open BlueSoleil interface, press F1, there is a help documents for your reference. Thank you
