dissapointed that the so called windows 8 supprt does not work still, how do we fix this as it is the only BT software I like and not having support on win8 is not good as I prefer this system to my win7 system now...... please give out guides to get it to pick it up please

I have sent it as per request but I doubt it will be done fast enough and also my reference to owning it is

I own each and every version of 7 and 8 so it should be such a simple fix and would hate to have to write it up from reverse engineering the code to get it to work and if so then why did I purchase it if I have to reverse the code to fix it

I am downloading the newest version, You know i love the old verion 8 and it works fine with all my phones, my bluetooth headphones and it is really amazing.

为什么这个最新10.0版本,还是不能支持INTEL 无线网卡6235上带蓝牙4.0呢?装了软件根本检测不到INTEL无线网卡6235上的这个4.0蓝牙.显示的没有蓝牙设备,请问如何解决这个问题?而且,我是把原先装的INTEL蓝牙软件卸载之后装的这个10.0软件,就是不行.

Why should I download Version 10- I have had various versions up to and including Version 6 and have never managed to get them to work properly. will version 19 be any different

官方不知道怎么搞的，搞出这么多问题：
1.从8.0版本升级到10.0版本，但你要是8.0提示您有新本是9.0，有点太搞了；
2.以前的用户升级后竟然成未激活用户；
3.如果删除掉10.0版本，再安装8.0,在win8下缺少bsui.dll 太郁闷了，只好再次回以10.0的评估版；
4.还有安装程序中总带三个辅助程序，两个就诺基亚的，这个应该让用户自由选择吧，不然有点流氓。
一款软件这么多问题，请问还像收费软件吗，真是奇葩！

I think I am disappointed. I just received my bluetooth dongle 2013-01-26, installed and saw there was an upgrade to the 7.3.095.0 software but you are looking for $27 to do that. Why do I not automatically get the latest version? I don't feel I could recommend anyone to get this dongle because of this. Also trying to contact technical help is a non starter. There is no way I can see how to email them. Rubbish

Hi, you know, BlueSoleil is a pay for software, you can download BlueSoleil freely, but you need to purchase a serial number or a dongle from our website to activate it. Otherwise, the amount of sent data is limited.
We also promised all of our BlueSoleil 6.x users have FREE access to the BlueSoleil 8.x and BlueSoleil 5.x users have FREE access to the BlueSoleil 7.x. Our upgrade policy is as follows:
1. If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, now you can have free access to the corresponding version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your original SN or dongle;
2. If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil software CD from other place, you should ask your vendor if the dongle including the license for activating new version first, if yes, new version will be activated after inserting your dongle into your PC.
End users who purchased Serial Number of BlueSoleil 8 will automatically become BlueSoleil Club member, are eligible for free upgrade of BlueSoleil 8.x series PERMANENTLY. Regards!

Hi, I'm sorry to tell you that BlueSoleil 1.6 was the history version and we don't provide any technical support for years, hope you can understand. It is not free for this version to be upgraded to BlueSoleil8. the software shows 5M limited shows you need to activate it.
You will receive a serial number to activate your software after purchasing successfully on this page. Thanks
