Crap Software, calls home all the time. If there home server is having any server problems all bluetooth connections are disconnected.
Id Stay away from this company.

Hi. Im using version 6 and theres no way to put my apple magic mouse to work with bluesoleil. It works greats with native windows7 bluetooth driver, but once I install bluesoleil all its advanced features its gone. Its there a fix, or better support for apples magic mouse in this version

Im Talking about the scroling and zoom function. I know apples magic mouse its not supported by windows, but it does work when bootcamp 3.1 its installed, fully functional, including zooming and scroling. But when bluesoleil 6 (trial) its installed, the magic mouse loses this features, turning into a ordinary mouse (just right/left click). Theres a tons of foruns on the net teaching how to make it work on windows7. No one mentions bluesoleil.
I also have a S9-HD motorola earphone that does not work on windows 7 without bluesoleil, so I need it, and thats why I considering buy this version, but maybe theres some "add on" needed to make booth devices work.

I didn't buy anything from your website, but do have a packard Bell laptop easynote SB89 where your software, bluesoleil 6.xx was installed on for bluetooth.
Most of the time this didn' t work, so I thought. lets try bluesoleil 8.0, mabye this helps, but i had to uninstall my previous version before installing version 8.0, so I don't know a key or serial number, forgot to write that down.
Can you help me?

I've purchased a Gembird BTD-MINI3 dongle with enclosed BlueSoleil software to use with BT headset for voice comms (TeamSpeak and Skype, exclusively). But EVERY DAMN TIME IT CONNECT HEADSET, it altering my system's audio settings. NOTHING i do prevent that, EACH DAMN TIME I leave receiver range and come back, I have to go into system settings and put everything in order, as well as unmute headset Mic.
After an hour of battling over my sound output settings, I though I would check for update. Great, there's one. "Free for v6 users". Great, that version enclosed with dongle was 5.x...
Now, anyone have GOOD ideas to solve this issue? May be I should package the dongle into a rocket and send it back to manufacturer telling it to use more sane driver developers?

Hi I have recently purchase Enter Bluetooth Dongle with s/w disk version IVT6.2.227.10 which work fine in win xp. But the problem is when i try to install it in my win 7 x64 it gives an error 183. Which is probably due to 64 bit windows.So can u help me out with this just now i have downloaded your new s/w version 8 but i dont know how to activate it or where do i fine serial no for it..

BlueSoleil 8 is compatible with BlueSoleil 6, the license for BlueSoleil 6 can work on BlueSoleil 8 also. you can try the newest version with your dongle.

Dear JAN, if you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, you can have free access to the latest version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle; if you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil6 software CD from one retailer, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating version8 first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil8 will be activated.
