After installing BlueSoleil on my Windows 7 (64 bits) I had a BlueScreen.

Dear sir,

i am using bluesoleil IVT6.2.227.10.since bluesoelil 8 is free for bluesoelil6 version owners , now i download and instal the bluesoelil 8.0.395.0 version, but to activate it activation number is needed from where i get it please help immediately..

We promised all of our users can upgrade freely from version6 to version8. The upgrade policy as follows:

1. If you bought Bluesoleil6 software from our website at the outset, now you can install and activate version8 with the same serial number of version6;

2. If you bought a dongle from our website, you just need to download and install Bluesoleil8, then insert your dongle, it will be activated, just like activating version6, not need a activation key. Because the dongle including the license for activating version8.

3. If you bought a dongle with a Bluesoleil6 software CD from other place, you should ask your supplier clear if the dongle support to activate our new version firstly.

Note: if you want to install new version of Bluesoleil, you have to uninstall your old version.

Based upon my experience so far, I will be returning the product I purchased from an Australian re-branded Retailer (Dick Smith Electronics) and searching out a different manufacturer; the fact that your support told someone to "maybe you can exchange another dongle have a try" and that nowhere is there somewhere for me to prove my purchase of your now useless product (to me at least) so that I could get a registration key; leaves me cold on your product;

Bought your program, but does not work transfer music to your computer. He sees the phone (evo 3d) shows the properties of the signal switches the tracks, but no sound. Why not?

Please refer to their user manuals. 2.Renaming a remote shared file or folder is not supported in BlueSoleil. 3.Some Bluetooth headsets only support Bluetooth Headset and Microphone service. 4.It is recommended not to listen to music with the Bluetooth Headset and Microphone service, this is only telephony sound quality. i have bought enter bluetooth donge which comes with bluesoleil cd after installing the software from cd ;
when i enter bluetooth donge in USB port it says the device is malfunctioned

any suggestion?
