i have bluesoleil 5.4.277.0 and when i try to install the version 7, it uninstall the 5 version and install a trial 7 version :S. teh good news not work for me..

I have downloaded the software but i`m using the trial version and now i wish to buy to be able yo use the full version but why do i have to download the software again.

totally waste...dont use this....buy a local bluetooth device...that will work in win-7 also....but its not possible in this bluetooth...faltu device...dont use this...

I just by Version 2.1 the cd give me bluesoleil 7, but I have windows 7, I must by now the download version 8 ?! !! ???

After days of talking to various Motorola / Cell Phone service providers / Phone Utility software providers and being told that my phone did not support downloading of pictures that I had taken on my cell phone, I came across an MSI Bluetooth pc dongle product that included BlueSoleil 5.4.286.0. Your program proved everyone else wrong and I was able to transfer my pictures finally. I have several questions.

1. The 5.4.286.0 version that I was provided, is it a time limited or otherwise restricted demo version? The 'Buy' function in the 'Help' menu is greyed out, and pressing 'Register' asks for a code. There was no code in the documentation or on the installation disk. Should I be asking MSI for a registration code?

2. Does the free download and installation of  version 7 offer above, apply to my circumstance? I want to try this version before I commit to purchase of version 8. My understanding is that version 8 is similar to 7 with a couple of additional features.

3. I don't understand your point system. Is there a relationship between points accumulated and discounts on any of your products?

4. If I decide to purchase version 8, do you support PayPal transactions?

Seems impossible to download this program into Win7 using the poor instructions given in the email. They DID provide the s/n quickly, but with no way to download program, what's the point? Fixing  your website to make it more intuitive might help. Also more clear instructions with easier to find icons! One star until I get this downloaded..

I  PAID for the Version 7 update -- however I am not able to download it.  I am told you have to accumulate points ????  Impossible to get points also.   I have registered.  I have done everything except stand on my head to try to get what I paid for.   What kind of outfit is this?  Usually when you pay for something, you expect to actulally receive the item you purchased.    Beware this company!!!

Waste of time and Money, don't bother, buy from someone else! I had the older version and it gives me nothing but headaches, very unstable. Have to keep un-installing and re-installing software. Constant error messages of, "Bluetooth busy" or "Can't connect to device" .... NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN CHINA!  I had to call their US distributor Link Depot, a small outfit that tried real hard on their end to get it working, they could not. After several failed attempts and frustratinng hours trying I got it to work but even still it's not consistant.

When I sent an email to Soleil "Maggie" said they were aware of the problems with that model and said their solution was for me to upgrade, great except I have to pay for it! That's like me buying a car and it won't drive off the lot and the sales person saying, "Yea we know it does't run but if you pay some more we'll get you a car that actually runs!!!!
