I can not install it on my computer on windows 7, if you could send me a direct download becuase the zip version keeps sending me an error mesage saying the file does not exist, its error 1311 please help

Dear Sir,
I am using a bluetooth dongle from OKION (Model : BT221UC2).........However I tried install the version 7 or 8 from your site, both version not wokring for me.......When I tried to turn on the bluetooth from tray icon......it keeps saying starting bluetooth.....but nothing happens after...........Before I was using the version 1.6 or 3.0....it works. So just wondering if it is possible for my dongle only supported with the version prior 3.0 or before ?? By the way, I am using xp w/sp3. Thanks a lot.

The file is infected with a Virus!
My McAfee claims it has found the W32/Fujacks.aw virus in the installation file of one of the applications in the package. (cPhoneTool2\setup.exe)

Someting similar happen to me AVG said it found malware while I was installing Blue Soleil, in
"C:window\syswow64\regsvr32.exe"
Is this a false positive??? can I safely restore this file from the vault?

I'm having a problem with installing Version 7. When I opened the Zip file I found a long list of files and clicked on what I thought was a install folder and it came up with error, "Source file not found" You people are leaving a real bad taste in my mouth, That's an American expression and hopefully you get the meaning, read all these unhappy customers and get your s**t together!

Though the website promises upgrade for free to version 7 (I have version 5 purchased today 10/21/2010 which was bundled with a USB adapter), version 7 is not available -- only Version 8, for which you have to pay an additional fee. Given the number of comments present, I am not the only one with this problem. Please place Version 7 back out on the website to fulfill your company's stated promise of upgrade.
