I place order, paid and still waiting for your mail to start using your product. After two day neither I receive any mail or any pin code.. And there is no customer support for purchase.. What do I do???

This is rubbish, and then you try and con people into buying even more software to update drivers, why not just make the drivers avaliable on your web page so we can download them for free.

 Comprei um Bluetooth bluesoleil, estalei o software funcionou um tempo e depois não consigo mais fazer ele funcionar, só comprando outro software, mas eu já comprei o aparelho que acompanhava um cd com um software que não funciona, tive que recorrer a internet, mas até agora não consegui resolver o meu problema.

this software is very good.............it works with all devices.................new and old

i have 8 bluetooth devices and this software is the only one that worked for all of them

i am using windows 7..............

if you have a problem it will be because of user error

maybe you still have old bluetooth software on your computer or maybe the drivers havent been installed correctly

for all the people that write bad comments ..........need to make sure you set it up properly.......its not difficult

just needs correct setup or it will have problems

I bought the BlueSoleil software and I was extremely unhappy to say the least. Not only did the software not run properly but customer service did nothing to resolve it. I am so unhappy about the customer service and their unwillingness to resolve the problem that I am going out of my way to see that no one else experience the problems I did.  I would think that if a product didn’t work a company would be willing to correct the problem or at least offer a refund, but IVT Corporation did nothing of the sort. I will never purchase anything from IVT Corporation again and I hope no one else does either. If anyone chooses to purchase through IVT, I hope that they understand the risks involved and that they can’t expect any resolution from the customer service center.

Information under My Device Properties,services,Bluetooth Advanced Audio is not working.
