Seems impossible to download this program into Win7 using the poor instructions given in the email. They DID provide the s/n quickly, but with no way to download program, what's the point? Fixing your website to make it more intuitive might help. Also more clear instructions with easier to find icons! One star until I get this downloaded..

I'm having the same problem. They're very fast on providing the s/n but it's useless because you can't download the software. I actually paid for the upgrade (which I think was needless) and still I have nothing. Not sure what this company is up to, but it's not cool. Going to try to have my bank reject the payment.
