what is going on?I have a bluetooh of bluesoleil product. I have bought since ver.4 but i lost my driver cause i must reinstall my windows. now i found updated software but its the demo!!!

if you have purchased ver.6 or ver.5 you could upgrade to ver.7 or ver.8 only for free.
I am using ver 6 it is very very super to transfer the file and share the datas.
How can I reinstall...My computer was wiped clean by a Virus; now i need to reinstall

uinstall the old version from the control panel first, then reinstall the latest version.

I purchased version 8.0.338.0 and my stereo headset with microphone is not working. I don't know how to make it work. If i turn on both advance audio plus the bluetooth headset and microphone, nothing will work.
Can someone help me with this. I'm using a Nokia BH-505 stereo headset. I need to use for voice chat.

I received a demo copy of BlueSoleil with a blue tooth mouse that I bought on eBay. It worked only once, and that was after a lot of unresponsive clicking trying to get the mouse discovered. After that I could not get it to ever connect with the mouse.
So my conclusion from the demo is that this product does not work.

Its Cheaper to buy a new bluetooth dongle than pay for the upgraded software.
so dump the bluesoleil dongle in the bin and dont buy any more of their products

I think this is a scam! The driver that came with this Blue tooth dongle is just a trial for another product you have to buy. I will search for a free driver for this device and post the link here when I find it.

The bluetooth dongle is shit. Can't use with Apple Magic Mouse.
i recieved a bluetooth dongle with my new laptop. it came in a sealed package with a install disc. now i am being told it is an illegal copy/ how can it be an illegal copy? it was a sealed blutooth dongle with install disc that came WITH my brand new laptop.. your site offers no explanation even though it is telling me that there was some confusion as to what was going on... i am still confused and NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!

The same thing has happened to me, I just registered with this website hoping that the evaluation version 5mb only that came with my blue tooth dongle will change to the full version, I paid for it after all.
this new version is very fast

Hi. Im using version 6 and theres no way to put my apple magic mouse to work with bluesoleil. It works greats with native windows7 bluetooth driver, but once I install bluesoleil all its advanced features its gone. Its there a fix, or better support for apples magic mouse in this version

Not impressed at all. Packaged disc with the dongle was totally corrupted and worthless. This site wants more money than I paid for the dongle in the first place, and they won't even replace the corrupted install disc. Returning to vendor, total waste of time
