After you place an order and pay to it ,the S/W activation serial number will be sent within 24 hours via email.
The valid period is permanent for bluesoleil 8,and no need the multiple serial number.
One serial number is available to one single PC at the same time .

It's very good. But my problem is that I have a USB bluetooth that I bought here in Cote d'Ivoire for almost 2 years. And the problem is that I lost the driver and I thought I could download.
Now I am forced to have a license to use my USB bluetooth, that was not the case with the CD that I lost.
Help me please.

I have just installed the hardware & software and the program is calling it "an evaluation copy".
Please tell me how to proceed to correct and or upgrade without paying for the 2nd time?

It looks like these people are predatory in their ways they do business. Attempting to use the dongle as a
bait and switch tactic and or as a suppository aimed at the unsuspecting consumers is beyond petty. The moral
of the story is to stick with well-known brands who backed their products. I'am returning this obscure brand crap
and taking my own advise because the bt I got works fine but first I made sure the cd installation was not attached
or bundled to this brand BS software version.

when you buy this nasty dongle you get the software included on a cd that is the only version you may use for free you get a pop up telling you there is an update available and like me a total fool you will think its free as you have just been out and bought the dongle WRONG you can only use the Free version that come with the dongle if you want to upgrade it will proberly cost you more then what you have just paid for the dongle its self So either stick to the free version included or do what me and other have done take the crap back to the place you bought it

Installed MSI BToes 2.1 EDR Micro Dongle from NCiX in Canada. ERP: BT2-USB-030R UPC#4719072000349 complete with software onto my MSI netbook with Windows 7 Ultimate. [MSI]<=> [MSI] should equate to less technical and functioning challenges.
Re-boot and connection to my HTC Desire smartphone, Blue Soleil page popup advising upgrade to ver 8.
Download/install updated software (which uninstalls the previously installed, included software) Prompted to provide registration key which was removed by the update.
The software/driver is an expected basic requirement of the device to function. Blue Soleil's pop-up notifies a new update is available; it requires uninstallation of the original product. Once downloaded, the user is expected to pay.
Negative Billing has been the subject of a bill passed in Canadian Parliament in 1999 to protect Canadian Consumers from unscrupulous business practices which outlaws negative billing.
"The Canadian consumer protection statutes is a chronicle of legislators attempting to ensure that the offer is conveyed without misrepresentation by the vendor to a purchaser who has an opportunity to make an informed choice to accept or refuse the offer. This is because a contract that is made with a consumer who is unaware of key elements of the contract such as price, quantity and quality of the goods to be delivered is subversive of the efficiency of the market as a whole"
The ball is in Blue Soleil's court... which is a gift to redeem the situation. Otherwise it will be harder if Blue Soleil sells it's products (bundled or not) in Canada not to avoid finding it's way into Canadian courts... in My Opinion of course.

Well Mr BlueSoleil_Support,
Your silly product always prompts to get update when starting, and from the brief few minutes I had with version 8 it seems like a much stronger program. The software that I just bought yesterday should not be running version 2 which is crap.... Time to take it back and request an ASUS.... should have stuck with my guts. You chinese folks sure know how to scam us...
I think this is a scam to buy version 8 for an extra fee. I will rate, and report your company to the Canadian Better Buisness Bureau and request to the computer company that I bought this product informing them of this poor support. Surly they will find a better product with suggestions from me.
Sorry guys, do not buy!! (coming from an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) XP certified tech

Dear Sir,
thank you for choosing BlueSoleil.
i'm sorry to say BlueSoliel V2.x is a history version about six years ago, and we don't provide any technical support yet.
for the lastest version, only BlueSoleil 6 users have the free chance to upgrade.
