You may return new, unopened products within 7 days for a full refund. You may return the defective products within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund. We will be liable for the delivery cost if the return is due to our fault. Please keep the receipt and tracking number of your order, which will be needed as proof in the event of a return.
Within 30 days from download of software from our website, if the software does not substantially perform in accordance with the applicable specifications, you may return the software and get a full refund or get a replacement from us, at your option.
After 30 days but during the warranty period, if the software does not substantially perform in accordance with the applicable specifications, we will provide you with a replacement or refund you, at our option.
Within 7 days from the date you receive the hardware, you may return new, unopened hardware on an unconditional basis and get a refund. 4% of hardware price will be charged as processing fee. You will be liable for the delivery cost of an unconditional return.
Within 30 days from the date you receive the hardware, you may return the defective hardware and get a full refund, or get a replacement from us, at your option.
After 30 days but during the warranty period which is 6 months since you receive the product, if you find the defect of hardware, we will repair the hardware for you. If the repair is impossible, we will send you a replacement or refund you, at our option.
In the event of a refund, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org , other than the card issuing bank, GlobalCollect or PayPal who will not be responsible for refund.
We will deal with the related issues (eg. refunds, exchange, etc) as soon as possible after receiving the products to be returned or repaired.
