Can I upgrade my 8.0.370.0 version to the latest version without any problem?
Do I have to remove the old version before installing the new version?
Is my activation Key still valid in the latest version?

Buen dia.
Señores compre un adaptador mini bluetooth interface usb 100 metros de alcance tamaño compacto,
luego de instalar el sofw que viene con el adaptador me mostraba una vantana de actualizacion, me pedia registrarme y lo realiza, decargue un softw. IVT_bluesoleil v8.0.370.0 y resulta que se activa como copia de evaluacion (2mb) y me pide un serial.
señores de la empresa de BlueSoleil, deben tener etica y profesinalismo pero sobre todo a no engañar a las personas que de alguna u otra manera confiamos en su producto al comprarlo y resulta que su actualizacion es una burla y engaño a los compradores de sus productos y si quieren dar las actualizaciones con la compres de su producto les sugiero que no promocionen sus mencionadas actualizacion que solo son una de las peores burlas al consumidor de sus prodcutos.
SI NO QUIEREN DAR LA ACTUALIZACION CON LA COMPRA DE SU PRODUCTO ENTONCES NO LA PROMOCINEN COMO ACTUALIZACION GRATUITA.
ES MAS EN SU TARIFA DE ESTRELLAS NO DOY NADA POR COMPLETO. EMPRESA DE MENTIROSOS.

Bajate la herramienta que tienen colgada estos golfos en esta web para ver si con el numero de serie que tienes te lo actualiza manualmente. ( pero evidentemente necesitas un SN) Yo tengo un sn comprado hacer ya tiempo a Bluesoleil y hace unas semanas me empezo a avisar de que no lo actibava, Coño!! si ya estaba activado antes!!, Los tios han desactivado todos los SN y el que pica lo compra de nuevo claro., Prueba de hacer lo que te digo, a mi me funcionó, El tool para activar. Hace unos dias pague 20 euros por un sn que no lo uso para nada , si alguien lo quiere lo vendo por 15, Lo cobro por paypal. Soy de Barcelona , No hay truco, este serial no esta usado, lo compre para una persona y despues me dejo tirado, saludos

Hi my name is Prasannakumara.CH and am buy one new bluetooth dongle and it come with IVT6.2.227.10 software, but my pc show upgrade your bluetooth software then i tried to upgrade it show the it is an evalution copy(2MB ONLY). so please tell me how can i upgrade my software?

Like many people here, I'm getting the repeated "Activating Bluesoleil over the internet" message that is disconnecting my headset and making this software (which I of course, paid for) unusable. Can we get this problem fixed ASAP please? Thanks.

On the Trial version, devices are disconnect after about 5 minutes. So I buyed the BlueSoleil software to have a full working soft. But this software is Zero, he deconnectes all devices every 5 minutes, and cannot re-connecte automatic.
If you make data transfert more than 5 minutes it will crash : Thanks BlueSoleil, you are thieves, you are selling software that does not work better than the trial version : 20€ for an Trial... no comments !!!

This also happens when ever the bluesoil attempts to activate over the internet and fails.
It restarts the bluetooth service. If it fails - it trys again in a few minutes .. resulting in disconnect after disconnect after disconnect.

The problems you are seeing with the constant disconnection were very evident in Windows Vista. One of the primary issues that I had seen in the first year of Vista were related to network connections (particularly wifi and bluetooth) being dropped and comming back up over short periods of time, constantly. If you are running a 64-bit version of Windows 7 you will sometimes still see this issue. I don't know what causes it or what can really fix it, but I have seen this before and think that this issue is not directly related to bluetooth, wifi, or even blue Soleil, but rather a Microsoft issue with different technologies involving networking stacks and whatnot.

ya i haveing the same problem, only i dont see why we would need to buy a software to be upgraded to work in windows 7 when we have the orginal software, we should get the update for free. this is vary displeasing to buy a product and it not work then have to buy more in order to make the product work as it should have worked in the begining.

This software contains rather hostal anti-piracy mesures. To the point where it attacks the paying user, if there service is intrupted and unreachable. You will have to reconnect your bluetooth device every 10 minutes.
It contacts the company often and who knows what infomation it sends.
