What happened to support for v5.0.0 build178 ?
I never got any oppertunity to upgrade to v.6 I have a legit bluesoleil dongle with install disc, why an I peanilized from your free upgrades?

it says 'cannot activate BlueSoleil. Please make sure your computer is connected to the internet and BlueSoleil is allowed to access the Internet'.
A : Seems that your internet setting blocks the activation.
Please temporarily deactivate your anti virus and firewall and then try activating.
If it doesn't work, please submit your problem from our support request website.
I have new computer and installed BS8 programme. I Have cleaned activated records but ıt says same error, I can not activated

i have buy from india blusoleil 6. it not transfer above 2mb, then i can try to update it shows available v8 but while install ask serial number.
1.why this happen?
2.again to require pay the upgrade's?
what happen this software i can't understood....!

I read that V6 users could upgrade to v8 for free.
I downloaded the installer for 8 and ran it. All it would do was remove.
I removed the existing installation of 6.x and then ran the installer again to install 8.
Now I'm told that the version I have is not activated and is in Evaluation mode.
How do I get this software registered as a v6 user?

I have upgrade from version 6 to 8. All I have now are Bluescreen,s , Windows 7 x64. What a shit!!!
Any one knows a good dongle with a good software and keep away forever from this shit Bluesoleil???

How, but, how can you possibly say that??? I been using Bluesoleil ( AND I HAVE PAID FOR THAT) for the last few years . Im using a Ralink wifi USB device from, a long time, with never any problem with the BT and Bluesoeil versions except the 8.0. it,s very clear the problem is caused by V8 and start with the v8 not from my Ralink Wifi adapter.... anyway they are many users all over using Ralink devices like me ( ex: Alfa Netwotrk) , and they will be complaining soon or latter.

Young man, I assume you are a man as your language is very un-ladylike and unnecessary, before you abuse and condemn anything out of hand, perhaps you ought to give a thought as to the make up of a PC and its numerous components that are required to work in conjunction with one another. It is called compatibility and even the largest manufacturers, including Microsoft, have problems with it from time to time.
Many of us have satisfactorily used Blue Soliel for a number of years and apart from the odd issue it has proven to be a first class piece of software. The other point I would make is if you enter a forum and start hurling epithets around and then look for help, you'll get none. Forget your PC for a moment and take a closer look at yourself. You will find that it's not just your PC that has compatibility problems.

I have checked the BSOD dump ( series 8) and it,s a problem with Ralink driver nstr28UX.sys. If any one have a Ralink wifi card be careful, or Lan card using Ralink chips ,,, ummmm dangerous!!!

Have just downloaded and purchased 8.0.376.0 and cannot connect between PC with Vista and Mac correctly. Both can see each other but cannot transfer files. Am I supposed to have downloaded and earlier version or is this latest version the full package and not an add on?
