I purchased a BT-Stick including Bluesoleil (CE I asume). It doesn't start on any of my Dell Latitude notebooks (XP-SP3) !!!
Purchasing a full version is more expensive than the stick was and a high risk of still no functionality.

i am using bluesoleil version 6 and i heard the message ther is a free upgrade to version 8 for 6 users. but the serial number of version 6 is not accepted in version 8. what is the correct procedure of upgrading from version 6 to8?

Anybody successfully updated from version 6 to version 8? Even they say version 6 key can be used for version 8, but that does not work. Waiting for somebody to help me.

On windows 7 I had to totally clean the registry, using to cleaners and manual search. ( Remembering to leave the location of the install file)
Once done reinstall and restart, should be OK. If you need to reactivate locate your serial number and activtae as normal (via help on claasic view)

Why is it that I have access to three (3) services with me LG Rumor cell phone and only two (2) services with my Sanyo Mirro cell phone? It does not make sense to support one verison and not the other. Please tell me if you are charging for additional subscription software in order to access what you've been lead to beleive that you paid for already? I will await your speedy reply? God Bless!

i have the same problem...I updated from version 6 to 8. I enter the same key as I got with version 6 and it says Invalid key. I sent multiple emails to sales and support but nobody respond to it. [NOTE: I even sent my version 6 SerialNumber to them. Still they did not respond]

If you have bought bluesoliel v6 or greater you should already have the activation code, if you are like me you need to use 3rd party system with you bluetooth devices, as the windows7 drivers do not recognise the bluetooth hardware,the price of less than 20 euros is a bargain, with continuing free updates.
