 i have the same problem...I updated from version 6 to 8. I enter the same key as I got with version 6 and it says Invalid key. I sent multiple emails to sales and support but nobody respond to it. [NOTE: I even sent my version 6 SerialNumber to them. Still they did not respond]

Wonder...if there somebody to help customers....they are testing my patience
