i have a bluesoleil 6.2.227.10
when i run a setup of bluesoleil 8.0.390.0 instead of upgrade
its ask me a activations key of its ..
i don't have a activation key of bluesoleil 8.0.390.0....
what i do now?
how i upgrade bluesoleil 6.2.227.10 ?
"BlueSoleil 6 users have FREE access to the latest version." how does it works ???

Thanks for choosing BlueSoleil.
We promised all of our users can upgrade freely from version6 to version8 and version5 to version7. The upgrade policy as follows:
1. If you bought Bluesoleil6/ Bluesoleil5 software from our website at the outset, now you can download and activate version8/ version7 with the same serial number of version6/ version5;
2. If you bought a dongle from our website, you just need to insert your dongle and start Bluesoleil8, it will be activated, just like activating version6;
3. If you bought a dongle from other place, you should ask your supplier clear if the dongle support to activate our new software firstly.
You know, Bluesoleil software can free download. Everybody can download and sale after carved into a CD.
So you should ask your hardware vendor if they had purchased the original license of Bluesoleil software.

Dear chotu, If you bought the Bluesoleil6 software from our website at the outset, now you can download and activate version8 with the same serial number of version6;

Can the Nokia 6120c to catch-share your Software over the Internet from my computer to a mobile via Bluetooth Adapter Canyon CN-brand BTU4?
As it adjusts, and whether you have a manual?
The operating system using only Windows XP!

Dear Golubicaaa, according to our support list of mobile phone, our software don't support Nokia 6120c at present. Thanks for your time and sorry for have been so much trouble.

That´s bad new serial different because is not the same version 6 to version 8. Bad product when supplier only gave the CD.
hardware the soleil need to give the new serial when all have the serial old... is logic....

Dear，enter your Bluesoleil classic view, click Show Menu-->Help-->Activate Bluesoleil, then you can input your serial number. Also we have tested, this software can work on Windows XP well.

Hi guys, ive recently purchased a Sweex dongle and your software and installed, and when i`ve followed the link online its offered me the option to a free upgrade or so it seems but its a little misleading, can you clarify please. Very confusing with all of these experience points etc and different places to download if ur a newbie like me lol. Anyway the version that seems suitable is the Bluesoleil 8.0.390.0 for win7 and if i`m mistaken how much is the upgrade from my current "new" version or what I thought was please? I`m sure you have my log on detail through this forum, cheers guys
