No doubt that our ver8 support Windows 7 OS, so we think maybe some other factor take effect....Anyhow, I list the common one for you to confirm again: maybe you can't start the bluetooth? Or the service you want failed to work? Or it run well on other OS but only refused on Windows 7?

I purchased a 2-in-1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Dongle USB Adapter which came with your software CD. Since I have Windows 7/64, I downloaded and installed your BlueSoleil 8 upgrade. The system does not recongnize the new dongle and your check program says it is not compatible. What is the solution?

We are afraid to tell you that your pid and vid hasn't been in our support list, we have added it in our next version to meet your request, and when released, we will inform you as soon as possbile.
Or we would offer you a test version to start your bluetooth,so which do you prefer? please tell us.

We need first check whether your PID and VID has been in our support list. Just follow this to find and send it to us.
Right click My computer->Manage-> Device Manager->Bluetooth USB->Right click CSR Bluetooth Device(i take my dongle Ex.)->Properties->Details->Hardware Ids-> then you'll find the Pid and Vid.

I use v6 also. If you read the first paragraph it says v8 is free to v6 owners. Just use the same licensing info. Seems to work for me.

they want me and other custommers to play on their web page to be aloved to download update for the product we have allready pay for it

I bought v.6 but can't install this new version. The program begins to go through the installation process, and then it says I've chosen to REMOVE v.8.0.338.0! That's the only choice I'm given: I can either "remove" a version I haven't even installed yet, or just cancel the install...which is what I did.
Guess I'll stick with v.6. It works.

I'd like to say only that BlueSoleil should make it clear that there must be a MANUAL uninstall of a previous version before a newer version can be installed.
However, thanks again, and I appreciate your getting back to me. Program (v.6) has been working excellently.
