Very disappointed that the IVT_BlueSoleil_8.0.338.0.zip file is either invalid or corrupt. Please make me a proud user of IVT products by correcting the above situation so that I can enjoy an upgrade version

Actually, I don't know why you can not download, because i just finished downloading......

I tried several times to downlaod IVT_BlueSoleil_8.0.338.0.zip file, but the file will not open. I see a message telling me that the file is either invalid or corrupt. I am disappinted that I cannot use the upgrade. Please help me to upgrade.

I've used Bluesoleil for about three years now on my Fujitsu laptop with no problems here in the US (Texas to be exact). I started with version 6, then moved on to version 7, now I'm ready for version 8. Originally I had Windows XP installed, then I upgraded to Vista a couple of years ago. There was a problem during the transition, but I emailed the bluesoleil guys and they helped me out. Since then, it has been working flawlessly. I mainly use the software to connect to my handsfree headset and to transfer files (pictures and videos) from my cellphone to my computer and vice-versa.

I feel bad that you guys have had problems using the software but, honestly, I can't complain. It has been pretty maintenance free for me for many years. I don't even think about it anymore....it just works. Plain and simple.

I bought this IVT based USB Bluetooth stick and it came with lousy BlueSoleil software that does not work at all, so looking for an update I came to IVT site that redirected me here claiming free download of a newer version. After I have installed BlueSoleil it claims my SN has expired and it would not activate. So are you people really that stupid to think that anyone would pay 28$ for a 5$ USB stick driver? Or maybe you think we customers are that stupid? Zero stars for you really!

i buy ur product this afternoon, and the s/w ver. is ivt5.2.219.0.

i install it and prompt a dialog to ask an upgrade; after that, it asks a serial no. for official version.

i don't know what's going on, can u answer me?

i'm sorry to say v5 version cannot free upgrade to v8, so please just use v5 at this stage. thank you.

and one more update, we have a schedule to release an official Bluesoleil 7 version for our all customers.

you can have a high speed experience with BlueSoleil 7 version later.

Esto NO ANDA!!! compre uno recien y viene con versión 2.6.0.8 y no tengo como actualizarlo ni siquiera a la versión 6. O sea compre algo que no funciona porque solo me dice que puede transferir 5 mb? Cuál sería la solución? Yo tengo la cajita con el numero de serie pero no encuentro donde registrarlo.

My bluesoleil 6.4.249.0 is active. Connection to 8.0.338.0 upgrade download doesn't work. It always show connecting with no connection. My dongle manufacture is Silicon Wave with HCI version 1.2, LMP version 1.2, LMP subversion 757. My 6.4.249.0 is serialised by IVT. Someone help me, I want to upgrade from 6.4.249.0 to 8.0.338.0 which is the latest. My internet connection is IE 8.

I had a problem:

1- the built-in combo Wifi / Bluetooth card of my netbook wasn't compatible with Windows XP Bluetooth stack and

2- the supplied Bluetooth stack was incompatible with my fischertechnik Robo TX controller

I found a (if not the) solution: the BlueSoleil software is the only one able to manage everything smoothly.

On top of that, the development team is very responsive when there's a problem.

Highly recommended!

BlueSoleil can not be used in Brazil for the different language terms between Portuguese from Portugal and our Portuguese.
