What the heck. This company and site is so rediculous. It seems to allow a free download of the latest version but then sends you to a screen where you have to enter credit card info. My Sabrent Doggle still does not work. It should not be this hard.

I totally agree!... I think if you buy one of these Blue tooth Dongles it should have the software to operate correctly.. I give in and buy it and of course it takes me 15 minutes to find the stupid download link.. I mean really canit they just give you the link to down the softwarew and be done with it.. Gezzz

Dear Sir,
I am using a bluetooth dongle from OKION (Model : BT221UC2).........However I tried install the version 7 or 8 from your site, both version not wokring for me.......When I tried to turn on the bluetooth from tray icon......it keeps saying starting bluetooth.....but nothing happens after...........Before I was using the version 1.6 or 3.0....it works. So just wondering if it is possible for my dongle only supported with the version prior 3.0 or before ?? By the way, I am using xp w/sp3. Thanks a lot.

Thanks for your reply.....Could you please advise what Hardware Ids looks like such as how many digits ...etc ? As I am using chinese windows xp.....Not sure if I give u the right one........

could you please send us the screenshot about Pid and Vid, following Right click My computer->Manage-> Device Manager->Bluetooth USB->right click XX Bluetooth Device->Properties->Details->Hardware Ids ?
then we can check BlueSoleil 7 or 8 can support your bluetooth adapter or not.

i have bluesoleil (6.2.227.10)...
It doesn't have any serial key...Then how can i use bluesoleil 8 and activate it with a serial number?

Support from this site lacks real info on getting this to work. The list of phones are hugely outdated and there is no working link for a user manual.
We need an update for support to get these features working. After finding this software does not allow phonebook and message managment, along with detailed instructions, I was denied a refund. I am very unhappy with this product as I am not a newbie with bluetooth, but those who are, would be completely lost.
Oh, and gotta love how all the five star ratings are people complaining. If it was not automatically selected as five star, it would have maybe a dozen happy people.
Patiently waiting on a fixed link to instructions that are explained in plain english.

Eu comprei um bletoth V2.0 Driver do modelo DNS D9, mas ele não esta funcionando no windows vista. O que fazer ? Quero transferir arquivos do cel p o computador. Instalei o cd q veio c ele, mas pede para fazer atualização do D 490, tento, mas não consigo. Por favor, me ajudem. Obrigada

When i want to install 8.0.338.0 it show remove installed version.
when i ok it uninstall my older version and then i install 8.0.338.0.
It want a serial key to activate.
But i haven't any serial key.
plz send me a serial key.

Could I know your older version is ?
only BlueSoleil 6 users can free upgrade to BlueSoleil 8. so if you are a BlueSoleil 6 user, just do the activate process again for BlueSoleil 8 the same as you activate BlueSoleil 6.

Hi I bought a Sabrent Mini-Bluetooth USB Adapter. It comes with a 3" CD wirh
2.7.0.13 software. Please let me know how to locate a Ubuntu version of
driver for it? I have Ubuntu 8.4, 9.04, and 10.04 versions of Linux.

Dear sir,
the prosses are version simple:
1. download BlueSoleil 8.0.338.0 install package.
2. click "setup.exe" to install it. if it asks to delete the original verisoon， click “yes”
3. unitl install finish, reboot your computer please.

i have downloaded bluesoleil 8.0.338 from your website.
but after setup it required serial number to activate
My bluesoleil 6.4.249.0 is activated
Now what can i do?

Dude, when you purchase the software you have to give Bluesoleil your e-mail address! If indeed you did purchase this software then the serial number was sent to this e-mail address. you should have 2 responses in your e-mail, one e-mail will be a receipt from Bluesoleil and the other e-mail will be from Bluesoleil with your serial number!!! Check your e-mail for the serial number!!
