Hi I have a blue soleil version 6, but I cannot upgrade it to 8.
It is said that the upgrade to version 8 is free! But it needs a serial number to activate.
I can't find anything like a serial number in my package, on my original cd or bluetooth usb-device.

version 6 deliverd with Hama device works but demands everytime confirmation under Vista
upgrade to version 8 simply removes v6, scratch the config and does not work for a "missing" serial nb
I have the original cd and can re-install v6 and reconfigure my devices

im a bluesoleil 6 user, the version has a problem every time i re-start my PC the following day after I install the Software it cannot turn on or connect to the bluetooth USB Dongle, i used CSR Bluetooth device IVT driver ver. 6.1.26.86. Is there any system settings i need to adjust or driver to upgrade. The 2mb limit for your free upgrade to Ver. 8 makes my bluetooth useless because i use it to connect to my stereo headset to listen to my music & it doest last even for 1 song.

Hi, i'm a BlueSoleil 6 user (i buy it in a shop in france) and upgrade to version 8 because in your site, you write: "Good news: BlueSoleil 6 users have free access to the latest version. All you have to do is simply download and install the software accordingly." but the software that i'm installed is a evaluation version with 2 mb limit transfer. how i can have the regular no-limitation version that you promise in the home page of your product?
