The activation service is down and the clear previous activation page is down. The sites just times out and redirects to the main webpage after 10 seconds.
Any help?

idiot they just keep saying the same thing..about 3 month they cant even settle my problem..i already purchase bluesolil 8..and now i wanted to upgrade to the new version but after download the new version i cant install it..and make sure you guys dont ask the stupid question again im getting sick of it just check through my account..

The firewall is temporarily disabled. Anyway BlueSoleil is on list with allow access to internet. I use Copy & paste for set serial. The error message is: "Cannot activate BlueSoleil. Please make sure your computer is connected to Internet and BlueSoleil is allowed to access Internet. Click here to get more information."
The link leads to a non-existent page.

Dear Sir,
We purchased 5 BlueSoleil8.0.356.0 software license in May, 2011.
Now i have changed my PC, due to some HW issue, but now i am unable to activate the SW using the same ativation key.
Also, it automaticaly switch on/off in pc.

I bought the dongle that comes with Bluesoleil 7.0.356.0 but when I tried to install 8.0, it will remove the previous version. The new version become a evaluation copy, how do I activate it?

BlueSoleil 8 is "only" free to upgrade from V6.
Bluesoleil 7 might be free for V5 to upgrade,
Seems u need to keep using V7 or to buy V8. May be u can get a discount.

I recently purchased a Mini Adapter from The Source in Canada the version said it was 5.4 I assumed I could upgrade to version 8 software because of your "check for upgrade" in the help listing.
When I downloaded and installed the software it says it is an evaluation copy and only allowes 2mb of copy.
Can I get a serial number for my version?

Hi, you know, BlueSoleil is a pay for software, you can download BlueSoleil 8 freely, but you need to purchase a serial number from our website to activate it. Otherwise, the amount of sent data is limited.
We also promised all of our BlueSoleil 6 users have FREE access to the BlueSoleil 8 and BlueSoleil 5 users have FREE access to the BlueSoleil 7. Our upgrade policy is as follows:
1. If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, now you can have free access to the corresponding version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;
2. If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil software CD from other place, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating new version first, if yes, new version will be activated after inserting your dongle into your PC.
End users who purchased Serial Number of BlueSoleil 8 will automatically become BlueSoleil Club member, are eligible for free upgrade of BlueSoleil 8.x series PERMANENTLY. Regards!

Hi,
the software doesn't open in my pc with Windows 7 X64.
i've bought Bluesoleil 8.0.395 .
I've downloaded the software here and i've activated it whit the SN you sent me.
but the icon of the bluetooth is grey and id doesn't turn on. also bluesoleil interfaces doesn't open..

Hi, thank you for choosing BlueSoleil and sorry for your situation, maybe you should uninstall and reinstall BlueSoleil.
Bluetooth icon is grey shows that your BlueSoleil has not been started, there are 4 possibilities for your reference:
1.You didn't insert a Bluetooth Adapter; please make sure you are using a dongle or CF card.
2.Your dongle was not inserted properly, please un-plug it and then re-plug it to have a try.
3.BlueSoleil was not installed properly. Please make sure that you didn't install the driver from Microsoft and reinstall BlueSoleil.
4.Your OS doesn’t recognize your Bluetooth Adapter, neither does BlueSoleil. You can change another adapter and retry to make your PC recognize it first.
