I have similar Ultra Mini Bluetooth 2.1+EDR Dongle, including, CD with software. Bought for aprox. 7-10€, The dongel,It's work very nice, with the great software developed by site ovner. So I can give my best recommendations. Just rember price have to be proportions to the product. and compaired, costs wireless usb-adapter (wifi), around 10 €. So it is just to use common sens and opportunities on the wide world web. Remeber to check if the applications are approved so it are included in price, otherwise, you will discover that the price is a completely different if the bluetooth program must be purchased in addition. Have fun and enjoy the opptunities whit this grea gadget.
This sucks. The application directs you to Window Mobile Center when first starts but fails to help you go to any specific or correct place. The Support webpages are covered in irrelevant adverts and confusing downlaord buttons for stuff you really dont need like Babylon and Compression software. And when you do fidn a zipped version of the driver software you want it says 32 minutes to upload ! just sh*te. avoid. avoid
Bought the AQ-E300 unit and as I use Windows 7 on computer, I had to go to the Werdsite to download the latest drivers.
Installed it, but it keeps asking me to activate nit and or Buy a serial No. I bought the unit and the disc was in the package. If I knew I had to purchase the software seperately then I would not have completed the purchase. Is there anyone else out there with the same problem?

I have a Bluetooth USB adapter ES 388 for Windows XP and the CD USB dongle version 1.6. Now I have Windows Vista Home Premium and the bluetooth adapter can not work anymore. Can someone please tell me where I can get the software and driver for Windows Vista?

sorry for rete it with 5 stars it is not proper for me, correct one or none till now
can it be used without sofware? I have bougt it and cannot use it couse i have windows 7 starter edition on my laptop Eee PC. Shouldn't it worck on any king on windows or laptop too? It is limitated it al 5 Mega transfer. and it tells me it ia fake, and it is not true, it is legal and the cd seems to be licensed. What can I do????

Waste of time and Money, don't bother, buy from someone else! I had the older version and it gives me nothing but headaches, very unstable. Have to keep un-installing and re-installing software. Constant error messages of, "Bluetooth busy" or "Can't connect to device" .... NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN CHINA! I had to call their US distributor Link Depot, a small outfit that tried real hard on their end to get it working, they could not. After several failed attempts and frustrating hours trying I got it to work but even still it's not consistent.
When I sent an email to Soleil "Maggie" said they were aware of the problems with that model and said their solution was for me to upgrade, great except I have to pay for it! That's like me buying a car and it won't drive off the lot and the sales person saying, "Yea we know it doesn't run but if you pay some more we'll get you a car that actually runs!!!!
