DOES IT WORKS ON WINDOES XP I HAVE BROUGHT IT I HAVE INSTALLED DRIVER SO MANY TIMES AND TRIED TO ON THE HARDWARE BUT THE LED IS BLINKING TWO TO THREE TIMES WHEN I CONNECTE IT THEN IT GOES OFF....WHAT SHOUD I DO????
