I also have the same problem with Bluesoleil 8.0356.0, no longer installs on my machine and the dongle stopped working suddenly! I want my money back!

I too am getting an "Error 183" every time I try to install current version on a Windows 7 machine. Could you please post a fix for this problem. You claim the software runs flawless in this environment.

I am a new customer and just bought your applications last night. I am trying to install the software and keep getting Error 183. My system is Windows 7 64-bit.
Does BlueSoleil 8.x run on Windows 7 64-bit. I keep getting error 183 messages. If you dont support Win7 64-bit than please refund my money.

I have BlueSoleil 6 up and running on my XP computer but have recently got a new Windows 7 64 bit computer and version 6 will not even install on it. It says version 6 owners can freely upgrade to version 8, but how can I do this if I cannot even install the older version on my new machine? This is the worst piece of shit I have dealt with on computers!!

I also have the same problem I can not install the IVT BlueSoleil 8 on Win7 64bit. Can you make a new version that supports 64bit? Is there anyone who can help me send me an email at William79371@live.com
