Dear Sirs

I purchased your USB Dongle recently but to my horror, suspect that it was an older version as it doesn't work with my new laptop in synching between it and my new mobile. When I checked under on the main window under help, 'about Bluetooth' the details say : Product Version : BlueSoleil 1.6.4.0. Release 050920. Stack Version 05.04.10.20050912.

I am now trying to download your latest free release -your website says users of Version 6 can upgrade.

Questions : Am I eligible to enjoy this upgrade or is the version I bought way out of date and now defunct ?

Please let me know. The frustrations ig trying to get it to work in synching calendar and contacts data with Outlook has been enormous.
