Hi I have just moved over to France and have just purchased  your product, it is version 5.  I have 2 laptops and was hoping to have on both but when I ran it on my Win 7 it did not work correctly, also for some reason, I lost my internet connection and had to roll back my computer so it would connect again.  I hope I will not have this problem with my xp ....  I am trying to download pictures from my Nokia phone without the hard wire...perhaps better with the hard wire. ...  Thanks Bob
