I purchased this from Meritline (http://www.meritline.com/showproduct.aspx?ProductID=26876&SEName=mini-type-wireless-bluetooth-usb-adapter-class-1-bluetooth-v-2) and after installing the software that was listed on the page, it will not allow me to upgrade without paying the $25, even though it states on your site that upgrade is free. It also doesn't tell me anything about the hardware, serial, model, anything. Please help!

Ben replied at 2010-11-24 22:34:20: I did purchase version 6, and when I try to install it and upgrade it, it doesn't show me a serial number or anything. It doesn't even give me a place to find it. I can't install the 6.0 version because it gets halfway through and throws an error. And when I try to search my account for the serial number, it never shows anything.

BlueSoleil_Support replied at 2010-11-24 18:03:15: if you have purchased for our ver.6 you could upgrade to ver.8 only for free, and if you are using ver.5, you could upgrade to ver.7 for free. as long as the version you are owning now is a legal copy one.
