I also got the problem - downloaded Bluesoleil 10 - installed for my Win7 x64 like in Version 8 - the Drivers were successfully installed...
Then, when i tried to establish connections with my headset it worked without any problem. even after shutting off the 'silence mode'
So my headset was correctly installed and connected, as I could hear establishing the connection to Bluesoleil via BT -
But finally in use, it was simply impossible to hear anything, or say anything - the sound was just like a slow white noise-
dots of loud pieces, interrupted with silence. - sounds like GRR_GR_GRRRGRRGRR_GR _GRGR ....GRRRGRRGRR etc.
I thaught first, it was my dongle- then it was my fault- and then, it was a Skype problem-
but it wasn't any of them - it's the NEW Blusoleil 10 - THANK YOU - as I thaught maybe there was some data loss during download, I downloaded it FOUR times. That cost me 2 Accumulate points each dowload - so 8 points - I want them back!

Inform your customers via elail, when you have fixed the problem of your "great new software" - which is not working.
DESCRIBED AS FULL COMPATIBLE WITH BLUESOLEIL 8 ! It was not even a bit..
