Few days ago I have buy a bluetooth dongles. But when I install my pc than show this pic

I use windows 8 pro (64 bit). Plase tall me how can I solved this problem. My softwere verstion 6.2.227.10

dan replied at 2013-04-19 12:43:49: For all the guys getting that annoying error 183, you DO NOT HAVE to delete anything , just go to the C drive : Program files where Bluesoleil is installed, and delete the installation folder. Re install it and it will work ,.

1. Sorry to say BlueSoelil 6 is the old version which releasted in 2007, it can't support win8 OS;

2. We have released the newest version 10, it can support win8 very well, you can upgrade your BlueSoelil.
