hi i have bought the this bluetooth device after installed i am getting pop up for update but i am not able to update its asking for me to pay for that what kind of this update for that i have to pay is not enough that i already pay for device? please can some one help me how can i update without paying.

Dear Client:

We promised all of our users can upgrade freely from version6 to version8\10 and from version5 to version7\9. The upgrade policy as follows:

1. If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, now you can have free access to the latest version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;

2. If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil6\8 software CD from one retailer, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating version8/10 first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil8\10 will be activated.

You said your dongle was bought from our website, please send us your OrderID to store@bluesoleil.com, we will check it for you.
