BlueSoleil_Support replied at 2012-11-21 20:19:03: Hi, I have checked your BD address in our database and the system told me that your BD address is for BlueSoleil 7 but not BlueSoleil 6 or BlueSoleil 8. you can activate BlueSoleil 7.0.395.0 after plugging the dongle into your PC. If you have purchased IVT6.2.227.10 already, you can activate BlueSoleil 8 with the SN of IVT6.2.227.10. Regards
