 I've tried installing it like 20 times.  Right after I pick installation folder(tried default and a ton of others), it says click next to begin installation.........click it......the program dissapears and nothing happens......help!

Hi, I’m afraid that some files are missing in the download process. Please download again and send the log file named” bluesoleilSetup.log” in C:\WINDOWS\Temp to support@bluesoleil.com if this issue still happens. Regards
