i know this is not exactly the right place for my question, but i am seeing replies from BlueSoleil_Support here, maybe you are also able to help me or you will tell me how to get an answer from someone else...
i am an registered User of BlueSoleil Version 5.0.5.178
I purchased it on 2010-01-08 13:39:01. The Order ID was: BS2010010800118
I got a key, but i will not post it here ;-)
From one moment to another it turned to an evaluation copy (on my Windows 7 Ultimate / 64 Bit) and wont let me register any more, even after a new install.
This is the message i get:
"Please make sure the system registry or the BlueSoleil Installation folder is not read-only"
I got a solution from Microsoft solution center, so i visited your website and saw that it is free for me to use version 7.0.395.0
But i am not able to register this version with my bought key, i am told by the register dialog it is not a valid key...
Therefore i regret your help, what shall i do to get the older version 5.0.5.178 or the newer version 7.0.395.0 to work as registered version?
