have sn for version 6 which will not activate the software.why? i am stuck with evaluation copy. have requested sn again but just get an email with order id.

i purchased version 8 and now i have lost my email with serial number can it be sent again?

sorry to trouble you, we just want to help you out.
the unique order id is as an additional level of protection, so if you can privide us your oder id, we will query it in our database, then find your SN and send to you again.
