I am not happy!! I bought a Blue Soleil Dongle 9 months ago, and i have a disc. I have just installed the disc on to a new computer and now it is telling me that it is only evealuation!! Where is the activation serial number??

It would seem that the e-mail i sent to your "support" page has been ignored, i sent it on 05/09/12.

Suffice to say, if the only way to get a serial number is by buying on the website why do you allow other websites, like Amazon, to sell your software.

Amazon comment:: A few years ago, I had the misfortune to have a bluetooth dongle that came with Blue Soleil software (which is what comes with this)!

I bought the dongle, and disc, via Amazon, some 9 months ago, and i have had no problems until attempting to install on my new computer, and then it tells me the evaluation has expired!!

As far as i can tell there is no serial number. If you only get a serial number when buying through your own website why allow other websites to sell it?
