Microsoft sent me to this site for a BSOD problem with your product. I purchased your product from Microcenter, a retail outlet. The purchase price was under $10.
If I am correct, you are asking me to pay you $27.99 and I may (or may not) have a solution to my problem. I don't think any reasonable person would do this. My BS meter is off the scale.
Do you provide a no cost solution to this problem or should I find another Bluetooth manufacturer's solution?
