Dear raj, there is a notification of less than 2m data shows that your Bluesoleil haven't activated yet.

Usually, if your dongle including the license for activating Bluesoleil, the Bluesoleil will be activated when you insert your dongle. But now, you should ask your hardware vendor if their dongles including the license first. Thanks

but now it is giving a notification that you do not send or receive more than 2 mbs data

please help me for this my version is 6.2.227.10
