I have the same upgrade from V6 problem. http://www.manhattan-products.com/en-US/products/6896-bluetooth-micro-adapter This came with the software.

Why offer the upgrade if it is not free?

I know a lot of people have this problem.

Can we please have a response from BlueSoleil?
