Hi people at BLueSoleil. I came to your web page because I purchased a BlueSoleil product over here in Panama, I purchased it at a Computer store, the name of the product is Bluetooth Micro USB Adapter, BTD211. The problem is that I keep gething a message each time I boot up my computer (Dell XPS M1710 runing Win7 32 bit, IE9), the message requieres I enter a Product key or purchase the software... I went to the computer store and their solution was to uninstall the product to later reinstall it, which hasnt worked.
I would really like to be able to use this product, please HELP!
