I have downloaded and installed version 8 as an upgrade to version 6 (uninstalled first).

But version 8 keeps telling me that hardware (dongle) has been removed, then found, then removed....

So, re-installed version 8 without the dongle installed at all. Now it doesn't work at all.

I checked that drivers installed are IVT, not MS (they are).

Hardware fine, version 6 worked fine.

I would like to re-install version 6, unless you can tell me the problem with version 8. But I can no longer download version 6, or even version 8

BlueSoleil_Support replied at 2010-09-19 01:21:28: From our experience, ofen this phenomenon happen when you haven't plug in the dongle very well. And please change to another USB interface and to try again.

I meant to say "...or even version 7".
