Hello

I seem to have the same problem.  I have downloaded the free update, but it refuses to let me use it until I enter a valid registration key.  I don't have a key, and  if the update is free, why do I need a key in the first place ?

I haven't lost my key, because the older version came on the install disc that came with the bluetooth adapter, didn't require one.

Please can anyone help with this issue please.  Thank you.
