Good Day,

I just installed the Bluesoleil v8.0.373.0 software on my Windows 7 hp laptop. Where as before I had v6.4.289, it worked great. Now I cannot get the bluetooth to start. It will say starting but never finishes. The icon remains grey (i.e. not turned on).

Any help would be appreciated?

I have pulled the dongle out and put it back in. I have unstalled the software and then reinstalled it. I have tried to pair with my headset but it won't pair because it's not on. I have restaerted my computer. I've tried a lot. HELP!!!
