I bought the BlueSoleil software and I was extremely unhappy to say the least. Not only did the software not run properly but customer service did nothing to resolve it. I am so unhappy about the customer service and their unwillingness to resolve the problem that I am going out of my way to see that no one else experience the problems I did. I would think that if a product didn’t work a company would be willing to correct the problem or at least offer a refund, but IVT Corporation did nothing of the sort. I will never purchase anything from IVT Corporation again and I hope no one else does either. If anyone chooses to purchase through IVT, I hope that they understand the risks involved and that they can’t expect any resolution from the customer service center.
