I just bought a USB dongle with ver. 6 software. Happy to see that an upgrade to ver. 8 is free. After uninstalling ver. 6 and installing ver. 8, I am getting the message that the software ver. 8 is limited to 2MB transfer. Is there any step that I have missed?

For other users, any problem if you stayed on ver. 6? Maybe that is a better way.
