Hi there  .  I bought  on december 18  2010  a SITEL bluetooth adapter for my ASUS notebook where runs a windows7  32/64 bit o.s. ; theadapter was provided with BlueSoleil software & 24-months warranty symbol showed on the package box. In the package box  was a little CD-Rom named as "bluetooth dongle v2.0 installation CD version 2.6" but when I opened the box the adesive tape that  locked the CD into it, when I tried to extract the CD from the box , caused the breaking of the CD exactly in two parts , so now it's impossible for me to use that CD .   Moreover, If I try to activate the Bluesoleil  product I need an activation code that I can have only if I pay another 19,99  Euros . Well,  but I already tried to check if my mobile phone SAMSUNG  C-6112  that I need to use with the usb dongle device & bluesoleil bluetooth software for data transfer is included in the list of Bluesoleil  8 supported phones list , but I didn't found it . So, now I have a dongle bluetooth device that needs bluesoleil software, but this software should be NOT support  my mobile phone handset model SAMSUNG   C-6112.   All this above even though if  I ALREADY paid 15,00 Euros to the  seller to purchase the device with a 24 months warranty . 
I need explanations about how to do to use in full  mode my purchase . I attach now an image with all the informations  about this case , waiting for a quick response, sir.claris@teletu.it
